Il nuovo film e` tratto dal romanzo "Never Go Back", pubblicato anche in Italia col titolo "Punto di non ritorno". Nella storia Reacher si reca dal South Dakota al quartier generale del corpo di Polizia Militare in Virginia, dove scopre che il suo nuovo superiore e` stato arrestato.
